The Culture Minister talked about the book “Collection of Proceedings of the 3rd Jurisprudence and Art Conference” that the needs of people of culture and art and their relationship with jurisprudence issues have been viewed in this book. I thank Ayatullah Abulqasim Ali dust, the author of this book, for entering this discussion.

The minister said: l relation to the need for art in this book, it is necessary to say that in the past meetings of this council, we discussed the music document, but we did not go into details due to ambiguities.

Minister Esmaili further said: We are ready to interact as much as possible in this regard.

Also, Minister Ayatullah Abulqasim Ali Dust, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Research Institute of Contemporary Jurisprudence in the gathering of the members of the Council of Arts and before the unveiling ceremony of this book, said: I consider it my duty to say that if something happens in Tehran and Qum, it is the result of the collective work of people who work finally and it is registered in my name.

The minister continued that the discussion of art is a delicate issue, because Islam begins with art and of course the holy Qur’an is an art.

The Ayatullah, while pointing out the necessity of dealing with jurisprudential issues of art, mentioned that the characteristics of this work are following jurisprudential order and dynamics, and the output in this matter is not an abstract output, but it is completely field-based.

It should be taken into consideration that the 3rd National Conference of Art Jurisprudence was held on 3rd of February 2018 in the city of Shiraz, lran. And the articles of this conference under the scientific leadership of the secretary of the conference, his highness “Ayatullah Abulqasem Ali Dust”, with the efforts of the Islamic School of Art, Research Institute of Contemporary Jurisprudence and the efforts of sirs “Mustafa Durri” and “Nawab Hazrati”, collected and in two titles “Jurisprudence” and “law”.

The preparation and editing of this book took about three years, which shows the accuracy and importance of the available articles (both in the jurisprudence and legal sections). Also, all the articles are published and accessible in the scientific journal “Theology of Art”.
