A one-day specialized course entitled “Efficiency and Fundamental Innovations of Imam Khumayni may his soul rest in peace” with comments by Hujjat al-lslam wal-Muslimin Ahmad Muballeghi, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Abdul Karim Farahani, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Sayyid Mujtaba Nurmufidi, Hujjat al-lslam wa Muslimin Sayyid Sadiq Muhammadi, Hujjat al-Islam wa Muslimin Sayyid Mahdi Musavi and Hujjat al-lslam wa Muslimin Ali Farhani, and with the presence of a large number of people was held on Saturday 8 June 2024 in the camp of 15 Khurdad of Pardisan in Qum province.

At this meeting, Ayatullah Sayyid Mujtaba Nurmufidi spoke about the legal speeches of Imam Khumayni may Allah be pleased with him and pointed out the general principles of this theory.

The head of the contemporary jurisprudence research institute stated five introductions in this regard: The first introduction: Shari’ah rulings have been falsified in the manner of genuine rulings; The second introduction: Commands belong to attributes, and attributes are separate from the attributes of commands. The third introduction: dividing addresses into general and legal and personal addresses; the fourth premise: Power is not a condition of duty and the fifth premise: There is no dissolution in address.
