The Deputy for Communications and International Affairs of Seminaries Visits the Center for Contemporary Jurisprudence Studies and Meets with its Director

Ayatullah Sayyid Mujtaba Nur Mufidi: An international approach to jurisprudence in research and communications is one of the important strategies of this center.

Hujjat al-lslam wa al-Muslimin Husayni Kuhsari: We hope that this strategy will be realized in a better and more effective way with the support of the headquarters of the seminary, such as the International Deputy.

The Deputy for Communications and International Affairs of Seminaries across the country visited the Center for Contemporary Jurisprudence Studies on Thu., April 3, 2025. Hujjat al-lslam wa al-Muslimin Husayni Kuhsari then attended the meeting of the board of directors and spoke with the director and officials of the center.

In this meeting, Hujjat al-lslam Durri, the deputy director of the research center, first presented a report on the research center’s various activities in the international arena, and mentioned the translation of the research center’s books, the translation of entries in the Encyclopedia of Contemporary Jurisprudence, the launch of the research center’s official website in Arabic and English, the multilingual brochure, the project to introduce international jurisprudential centers in the world, information on important jurisprudential conferences and scientific meetings in other countries, and communication with scientific centers around the world, among others.

Then, Ayatullah S. Mujtaba Nur Mufidi, the head of the research center, while welcoming Hojatoleslam Wa al-Muslimin Kuhsari and the accompanying delegation, considered the international approach to jurisprudence in research and communications to be one of the research center’s important strategies, and expressed hope that with the support of the field headquarters centers such as the International Office, this strategy would be realized in a better and more effective way.

After him, the Deputy Director of Communications and International Affairs of the Seminaries, while expressing his happiness at the significant volume of international activities of the Center for Contemporary Jurisprudence Studies and announcing his full readiness to synergize and support these activities, emphasized the need to introduce the Center in the international arena and to establish international exchanges and exchanges.

Then, Dr. Shi’i, Deputy Director of the International Complex of the Seminaries, outlined some issues for cooperation between the two centers.

At the end of this meeting, 12 issues were raised as areas of joint activity and the need for more detailed discussions in future meetings was emphasized.
