Muhammad Javad Ahmad Khani, a researcher of Ahl al-Bayt (‘a) lifestyle group, wrote in a note:

On the occasion of the coming days of martyrdom of that blessed lmam

Among the infallible lmams (‘a), each of whom was an infinite ocean of knowledge, and virtues, Imam Muhammad Baqir (‘a) known as “Baqir al-Ulum” was the only one of his era in his generosity and helping the needy. The following narration depicts a drop of this boundless ocean and brings pure lessons of hospitality and helping religious brothers. He talks endlessly about his companions and friends. It is as if the house of the Imam (‘a) was a safe haven for the needy and the poor, and his table was always wide for feeding and honoring the guests.

This short story was a drop from the ocean of generosity and hospitality of Imam Muhammad Baqir (‘a). It is hoped that by reflecting on the life and behavior of Imam Baqir (‘a), we will take a step towards institutionalizing high human values in our existence and the torch bearer of the lights of generosity and be selfless in the path of your life.

No, O beggar, take this. And he used to say, “Call them by their best names.”Bihar Al-Anwar, Part 46 p. 290; Khusravi’s translation; Part 1, p. 205; R.K.: Kashf Al-Ghumma fi Ma’rifat Al-A’immah (t-al-qadimeh), vol. 2, p.118.
