In the meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Dr. Ya’qub Ali Burji, a member of the academic faculty of Jami’at al-Mustafa lnternational University, expressed his opinions in this regard.

At the beginning of this meeting, Hujjat al-Islam wa Muslimin Gurji reviewed verses 68 and 69 of Chapter al-Nahl and said: “God Almighty has almost 6 sentences in these two verses, and from the total of these 6 sentences, it can be said that more than 20 messages are used, some of which he  checked these items.

The second part of this discussion was dedicated to examining some jurisprudential issues in the field of bees.  This professor of Al-Mustafa lnternational University named some of the issues that have been discussed in the books of jurists in this field, including:

1. The question of purity or impurity of bee carcass

1. Killing a bee by a Haji in Ihram

1. Buying and selling honey bees

1. The possibility of selling Salaf in the bee

1.  The presence or absence of an animal option in a bee

1. Guarantee in case of theft hive.

1. Guarantee compliance of bees that follow the queen in case the queen is stolen

He went on to investigate this emerging issue that in the conflicts between beekeepers and gardeners, on what basis should it be ruled?  For example, if the gardener sprays the trees in his garden,

Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Gurji investigated this issue from a jurisprudential point of view.

It is worth mentioning that this meeting was held on Tuesday, 24 Oct. 2023 at the Research Institute of Contemporary Jurisprudence, and its scientific secretariat was Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Jushqani.
